The SaveReturn holistic health automatic operation
The SaveReturn is an add-on unit to medical dispensing device that can be connected to the SavePro and SaveBox Control Unit automated dispensing machines, its operation is controlled by the software of the central control unit. Both the issuance and return of products are tightly controlled processes, with the possibility of making the issuance of new assets conditional on the return of used assets, or limiting the number of assets available in a transaction. The system can also operate independently, so that the return is not linked to any other activity.
SaveReturn takes a photo of each returned product and records it in the user database, so that the return of the product can be fully tracked. The machine is able to take back several products of the same type at the same time, increasing efficiency and offering aid in healthcare inventory management.
Applications
Product retrieval: you can set the maximum number of devices a worker can have at a time before retrieving a new one. This helps to manage stocks more efficiently.
Product take-back: you can collect hazardous, contaminated materials among the products taken back, and reduce the number of products and tools that are scattered irregularly.
Product take-back and new product pick-up: after a returned product has been handed in, a new product can be allowed to be picked up from an automated dispensing machine. You can classify each item into different categories according to your needs. For example, a used item of clothing can be treated as follows:
- after washing, can be reused
- ruined and therefore discarded
- contaminated and therefore to be treated as hazardous
Adaptability
The SaveReturn internal structure is tailored to your needs. The flexible layout of the collection cabinets allows you to collect up to three different categories of used equipments released by the medical dispensing machine.
The different positions can be identified and individually adjusted. You can set a separate capacity for each position, and the system will automatically notify you when the system reaches its maximum capacity.
