SaveTerminal is a new generation of intelligent virtual medical dispensing device that serves the purpose of healthcare inventory management for modern medical institutions. This terminal is actually a display that can be placed anywhere, controlled by the advanced SaveLog software. Once identified, employees can easily access virtual inventory and pre-order medical supplies via the display. The smooth operation of the system makes workflows fast and effective. SaveTerminal can be flexibly positioned in the production area, be it in a central, easily accessible location or at the entrance to the warehouse. After identifying themselves on SaveTerminal and selecting the desired medical dispensing device, the staff is informed about the transaction and approves the request on his computer. After the required device is prepared, the worker is notified through the system and receives the product from the warehouse.

How the SaveTerminal display works
SaveTerminal is supported by the SaveLog software, where your warehouse is set up as a ‘virtual warehouse’. Based on the permissions given to your staff, only the assets they are authorised to use will appear on the SaveTerminal display. When an employee selects a medical dispensing device, the warehouse clerk is notified of the request and can simultaneously view the exact warehouse location of the device via the system.
The SaveTerminal can be flexibly positioned on the production floor, either in a central, easily accessible location or at the entrance to the warehouse. Once employees have identified themselves on the SaveTerminal and selected the desired medical dispensing device, the warehouse clerk is notified of the transaction and approves the request on his computer. Once the requested asset has been prepared, the employee is notified via the system and receives the product from the warehouse clerk.
The process is fully controlled, as the product selection is made only after the employee has logged in and the transaction is finalised with the approval of the warehouse manager.
